The Cambodian government has streamlined the visa application process for cruise ship passengers. Travelers can apply for an e-Visa online through the Embassy of Cambodia in Phnom Penh airport in advance.

After completing the secure online application, applicants will receive an approval letter within three days. Upon arrival in Cambodia, they must present their e-Visa certificate to immigration officials at the designated checking point.
